The Role of Acquired Knowledge in Professional Onboarding and Growth

Each entry into a position includes an adaptation phase. At this stage, the employee is tested on his ability to understand the system, the people working and the role and response he or she is required to give. During the work, the employee is required and expected to learn "on the road" topics in order to answer problems in the work processes. There are certain professions such as programmers whose job as a whole is to provide answers to solutions and the employee must train himself to search and solve problems on an ongoing basis.
