On the way to a healthy work culture
We live in a modern and complex world. The world of work includes enormous processes related to capitalism, innovation and progress, digitization, judgment and more which resulted in more complex forms of work than ever before. Laws often burden the employees and relieve the employers of a multitude of obligations and there is a lack of procedures and enforcement, the lack of which sometimes leads to an intense work culture for the sole employee.
In conceptualizing the model for issues, we were able to map all the possible problems that an employee may have within the world of work, and this is to simplify the experience and map them in order to understand (and also treat and strengthen, you are invited to read about our workbooks) with the aim of understanding the world of work and knowing how to work with the various elements in it, as well as to direct a healthier work culture for the employees and for the companies.
We'd love for you to share the insights with friends and points you've had time to talk about, you're invited to join our groups, and we'd love for you to join us in the process of creating a healthier work culture.
We have reached an advanced stage in building the model, the content and the various products, but this is an initial stage in creating a healthier work culture, if you have suggestions or ideas for collaborations, we would be happy to talk to youWell

Our Story
The project began as a final project in the master's degree at Bezalel in industrial design, in the innovation management and design track, from many years of familiarity with the world of work and its goal to map and simplify the great complexity of the variety of problems that may arise in the workplace. And this is to make it easier for us, the employees and the employers, to touch on the various points with clarity in order to find specific and global solutions for them.
From the understanding that the situations and personal pains I experience are similar and almost identical to the situations and pains of many of my friends in Israel and in the world, I realized that there is something here that I want to touch upon, research and give an answer to.
The body of knowledge, the methods of operation, as well as the construction of the website and other parts during the work on the project, I was helped by many friends and I would like to say thank you here:
Bezalel as an institution asks and investigates the ability to see, to characterize, to be precise and to segment in diverse forms and ways, and to the lecturers: first and foremost to Elad Persov, Yona Weiss, Rinat Scherzer, Romi Mikulinsky and Roy Bigger.
Thank you to all the professionals who agreed to be interviewed, including: Ami and Tori, Dr. Miki Peled, Dr. Hila Shamir and Prof. Guy Mondelek and to the Berel Katznelson and Talm Foundation for the knowledge and the rich world of economy and society
To the friends I have surrounded myself with over the years and who are the best in their fields: Amir Levy, Shay Meltz, Liad Tzarcil, Daniel, friends from studies at Bezalel, friends from economics studies, Yam Ma'ayan, Yiftah Dayan, and Nofer Levy
Friends from programming studies, to Michal, to Daniel, to Israel to Rita
to the stunning Daniel Sage and Miguel And to many other good friends who helped me along the way.
Thanks to my parents, and a huge thanks to my Yossi who put up with my craziness and believe in me and the long way I went to collect everything in the exact way and hopefully this project will be able to have a positive effect on as many people as possible who will live in a better working world.
