very variable from person to person. Each person and what suits him, there are those who like to work in front of one specific interface and there are those who like to work in front of several interfaces and this is what creates the interest for them, can bring other parts of the self and lead to an experience of fulfilment and satisfaction at work. Each role is structured differently but to understand the interfaces is to understand the role.
The digital layer in communication with those parties (interfaces) adds another layer of complexity that you need to know how to communicate correctly, whether it is in emails that will be read in a pleasant way, communication in work platforms (emails, chat of the organisation, Zoom, other communication platforms) or WhatsApp. Sometimes we will work with people on a daily basis knowing that we will never see them, and we still need to develop a pleasant, positive, practical, and productive relationship in order to create healthy and good work environment and processes.
The interpersonal skills are reflected in communication and creating collaborations, reading the map of the organisational culture, and on us the obligation to be clear in communication through the various digital platforms in receiving the information required for the work, in communicating about the work and in delivering the desired products.
